    Module compendiums are missing

    Steps to follow :

    It could be a potential incompatibility between modules.

    1. The folder in the modules folder must be named respectively ‘jb2a_patreon’ or ‘JB2A_DnD5e’ for the patreon or free version. Directly inside of this folder must be where the module.json is located. Have a look at our installation guide for a set-by step guide.
    2. Deactivate all modules but JB2A.
    3. Now you have to identify the module that is incompatible with ours.

    We recommend the use of the module Find the culprit. If you’re still having issues, contact us directly on Discord, in the #troubleshooting channel.

    My macros are not working

    Steps to follow :

    Our macros were originally based on the module FXMaster’s way of displaying animation.
    We have sinced created a second compendium using the Sequencer module which makes the macros much easier to write and understand.
    Feel free to join our Discord server and notify us about a macro not working anymore or for any questions you may have concerning making similar macros for your games.

    One of my player can't see animations

    Steps to follow :

    It is possible the WebGL feature of your or their browser has not been activated or is not supported.

    A quick search on internet will tell you how to install WebGL on your browser. The first answer in this forum will help you for Chrome, Firefox and Safari. There has been known issues with Safari and Foundry VTT for a while however so don’t hesitate to switch browser and see if that fixes the issue.

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, have a look at the section below as it could also be coming from an Adblocker.

    Adblocker

    The ad blocker “Ublock Origin” has proved troublesome, preventing animations to be displayed to players using it. Either disable it for your session or use a different browser specifically for Foundry VTT.

    Modules in FoundryVTT

    Automated Animations

    Steps to follow :

    Make sure you’re on the latest version of Automated Animations and Sequencer. Read all the instructions on the module’s Github. Have a look at the issues logged there as well, Otigon may already be looking at how to fix it ! 

    If it’s a new error, please log an issue on the module’s Github so Otigon can keep track of what he needs to look at. Keep in mind that Otigon is doing this for free and might not have time to fix these right away ! 

    FXMaster

    If you can’t find all of our animations in the FXMaster library, that’s perfectly normal.

    We discountinued the integration with FxMaster because the loading time of the module was largely increased because of the number of assets we added in its database. It seems that this issue was fixed by Ghost-fvtt but we decided to stop maintaining the database of FxMaster because it was much more time consuming than Sequencer. FXMaster is a great module and it is amasing at adding an atmosphere to your scenes with built in effects. But since Sequencer does a lot more for VFX, the choice was easy to make.

    Midi-QOL "Call on use" macros are not working

    Steps to follow :

    If your macros work fine when used from the action bar but not from the character sheet’s “On use macro” field;
    You need to enable the Enable roll automation support option in the MIDI QOL settings like shown in the (-Image 01-)

    Also, this feature needs a roll in the item to trigger an animation. If there aren’t any, you need to add a “dummy roll” for no damage in the details of the spell or item like so (-Image 02-)

    You may also want to read the documentation on the module linked below as this is a complex module.

    Forge

    The premium module is locked

    Steps to follow :

    Make sure you use the same email address for your Forge account and your Patreon account. In the Forge account settings, after linking it to your Patreon account, click on refresh pledges.

    I can't find your assets in FoundryVTT

    Steps to follow :

    This is a Forge behavior. All our assets are automatically moved under the Bazaar tab
